Stage-fixed. Each of our five stages has a defined scope, deliverable, and price agreed before work starts. Hourly engagements only on retainers, after a full discovery.
We run the full lifecycle: discovery, design, monetization architecture, build, and go-live operations. We do not hand off a codebase and disappear — every engagement includes a 60-day stabilization window with on-call SLA.
Yes. Our Retainer engagement is built for embedding — our engineers and designers join your stand-ups, use your tooling, and ship inside your repos. We bring our process and stack as a reference, not a mandate.
We have MSA templates, NDAs, and DPAs ready. Our standard stack is SOC 2 alignable; we have shipped HIPAA-aligned and PCI-scoped products in the past. We will complete vendor security reviews as part of pre-engagement.
